i had a great stay at jdv by hyatt. the staff was super cheerful and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. our king room with resort view was very clean and had a lovely view of the pool. it's also conveniently close to the airport. the best part was having plenty of electrical outlets to charge all our devices. also, the colorful atmosphere reminded me of a beachside resort, which was a pleasant surprise!

The heated pool and jacuzzi provided a nice relaxing feature, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. However, the mattress was uncomfortable, causing both ends to lift when sitting in the middle. Additionally, during my stay, breakfast was unavailable on a holiday, which felt a bit misleading when it was later offered. Still, the complimentary internet and the hotel's exterior aesthetics made up for some shortcomings.
